www.worldchesschampions.com  may amend this Agreement from time to time without specific notice. The most recent Agreement will be posted on the Website. Your continued access of the Website or use of the Service constitutes an acceptance of any amendments contained within the Agreement.

The TOS, and your relationship with www.worldchesschampions.com   under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Mumbai, State of Maharashtra, India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and www.worldchesschampions.com  agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mumbai, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that www.worldchesschampions.com  shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which www.worldchesschampions.com  is the parent shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of the Terms which confers a benefit on (or rights in favor of) them. Other than this, no other person or company shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms.

The failure of www.worldchesschampions.com     to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these TOS is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the TOS without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the TOS will continue to be valid and enforceable in full.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within three (3) months after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
